About Me

Owner, Joshico AB

Joshico AB is a professional services company dedicated to enhancing children’s education and welfare through partnerships with local governments, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and law enforcement agencies.

Previously an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, I specialized in digital transformation and operational excellence across industries and the public sector. I co-authored a global study on the impact of artificial intelligence and have experience teaching secondary school students in Stockholm as a Teaching Fellow with Teach For Sweden and Teach For All.

My career began at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the United Nations’ specialized technology agency, where I advised on policy development to bridge the digital divide. With expertise in artificial intelligence, education, and public sector innovation, I focus on AI’s socioeconomic impacts and the development of hands-on, data-driven tools for education management.

My experience spans educational program development, resource optimization, and strategic advisory for government institutions. Having taught electrical engineering, business administration, and mathematics at both secondary and university levels, I understand the practical needs of educators and students. Currently, my work involves helping government entities implement and scale integrated public-sector responses for early discovery and intervention programs benefiting children and youth.
